Seats in this car are a real headache.
I've given up (for the time being) on mounting a proper racing seat in the new ride, and decided to just live with the stock seats and a proper Simpson lap belt to keep me planted. In fact, the belts arrived today.
So, of course, while the seat was out for the shifter adjustment, a quick scan revealed that mounting lap belts isn't going to be as easy as hoped. The fastener for the seat belt receiver will not accept a Simpson lap belt. Nothing on this car is turning out to be easy.
So, now I get to drill holes, and carve up consoles, etc., to mount the belts properly. I've tried the CG-Lock, and it's not for me, so no alternative there.
