It's 800 sq. ft., 110/200v AC, heated, and with water and a bathroom. I'll need to come up with some tres flash graphic for the door.
The interior is unfinished, including unfinished privacy walls around the stool. Only the unself-conscious need crap here. It will need a tear down and spartan refit to be useable.
I sign the lease tomorrow.
